Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to change if shipment details, weight, dimensions, destination, or customs requirements differ from what was submitted. Bookings are confirmed only once accepted in writing by both parties.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate shipment, contact, and customs information
• Ensure goods are legal to transport and properly packaged
• Pay all applicable freight charges, duties, and taxes on time
• Obtain any permits or licenses required for your goods

4. Liability and Claims

Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited as set out in the applicable bill of lading, carrier tariff, or service agreement, and in accordance with applicable transportation law. Claims must be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified in your shipping documents.

5. Prohibited Shipments

We do not transport illegal goods, hazardous materials without proper declaration and packaging, or items prohibited by applicable customs or safety regulations.

6. Payment Terms

Invoices are due according to the payment terms stated on your invoice or service agreement. Late payments may be subject to fees as permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Mesa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, market conditions, customs holds, or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable transportation regulations.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
